Cheddar will come together for an Act of Remembrance on Sunday 12th November. Timings for the parade, advised by the Cheddar Valley Branch of the Royal British Legion:
Parade Details:
14:30 Parade assembles at Kings Academy, Cheddar.
14:45 Parade Leaves Kings Academy for the War Memorial.
14:55 Parade halts at the War Memorial ready for laying of the wreaths.
15:15 Approx. Parade to St Andrews Church.
15:30 Approx. Church Service.
In the event of inclement weather the parade will be cancelled and all should proceed independently to the War Memorial for laying of the wreaths and then onto St Andrews Church for the service.
Please note the A371 will be closed for the parade from its junction with The Hayes to Parsons Pen from 14:30-15:30.
